Free brewery tours are offered daily from the Avery Tap Room at 4PM on Monday through Friday and 2PM on Saturday and Sunday. Buy a full beer to take with you and get a commemorative Avery Tour Glass to take home for just $2. Tours typically last around 45 minutes.
No reservation is required - just show up at the Tap Room at least 10 minutes in advance. We have a 30-person capacity per tour with sign up on a first-come first-served basis. We will always do our best to accommodate all of our guests who'd like a tour!
Please be aware that most of our brewery tour is held outside, so please dress accordingly. We'll provide safety glasses for you to wear while we're in our production facility. We require closed-toed shoes to enter the brewhouse - that means no sandals! Children are always allowed to join (as long as they stick to non-alcoholic beverages).

Friday, January 30th: Dionysian Series #1: Clio - The first in our Tap Room Only wine/beer hybrid series, Clio is made with 30% Riesling grape juice, fermented with Champagne yeast, aged on medium toast french oak chips for 7 days, resulting in a dry but full bodied, slightly tannic 12% crushable hybrid. Yummy.

SMASH Pale #1: Vic Secret: A Single Malt And Single Hopped beer using an experimental Australian hop.
SMASH Pale #2: Lemondrop - The second of our Single Malt And Single Hop beers highlights Lemondrop hops, known for it's aroma producing hints of lemon, mint, green tea, and slight melon notes.
Lilikoi Kepolo: A truly authentic Belgian-Style wheat cleverly infused with a copious amount of passion fruit.
GORED!: A gloriously smooth & spicy sessionable pumpkin ale brewed just in time for pumpkin season.
Mint Chocolate Stout: A dry-spiced chocolate and peppermint stout that will drive your taste buds wild.
Out of Mind: A big, roasty stout blended with Ozo's organic coffee toddy.
Winter's Day IPA: Created with Kyle Hollingsworth of String Cheese Incident, this IPA is spiced with rosemary.
Eremita VIII: The 8th in our Tap Room only sour series. Sour blonde ale with peaches and apricots aged in neutral oak barrels 6 months.
